Description

Assess, plan and deliver individualised physiotherapy programmes.
Support rehabilitation and maintenance programmes for residents with complex neurological conditions.
Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Contribute to the ongoing assessment and review of patients' rehabilitation needs.
Support and supervise Therapy Technicians, Therapy Assistants and students where appropriate.
Maintain high standards of clinical practice, safeguarding and patient care.
Participate in continuing professional development and training.
