An exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced Physiotherapist to join the team at Habit Health. We are seeking a Physiotherapist to help rehabilitate clients in a community and private practice setting whilst growing their skills in musculoskeletal physiotherapy within a multidisciplinary team. This role offers a diverse client range where you will work on a variety of cases and rehabilitation programmes.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop / implement in-clinic and community rehabilitation programmes
• Liaise with allied health team members
• Create patient reports on client abilities, goals and best practice intervention
• Utilise diary management software
