• Assess patients’ physical conditions through detailed evaluations and medical history reviews
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans focused on restoring movement, alleviating pain, and enhancing functional ability
• Provide hands-on therapy techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation
• Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, self-care techniques, and rehabilitation exercises for continued improvement at home
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatment sessions, progress notes, and clinical assessments in compliance with healthcare regulations

Qualifications

• Valid license or registration as a licensed Physiotherapist in the relevant jurisdiction
• Proven hospital experience with exposure to acute care environments
• Experience working with pediatric populations is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical assessment techniques
• Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced healthcare setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Prior experience in pediatrics or specialized areas such as sports or neurological physiotherapy is a plus
