How you’ll make a difference: As a Physiotherapist, you’ll play a significant role in a multi-discipline team setting to enhance the rehabilitation experience and outcomes for our clients. We are seeking individuals who are interested in delivering leading edge clinical services, consistently focus on innovation and creativity in customer service and always treat clients with fairness and respect. Your responsibilities: Providing one on one physical therapy treatment and assessment Collaborating with other stakeholders such as surgeons, claim owners and employers Delivering interdisciplinary rehabilitation programs Completing functional capacity evaluations (FCEs), and services at employer worksites. Must be willing to learn new skills and move between different business areas including working on specialized program teams such as brain injury, psychological injury and post-COVID. Provide frontline assessment, interventions, and education to our clients Ability to work well in an interdisciplinary setting is an asset. Duties may vary according to the program area The ability to work 7.25 hour shifts between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, is required Your experience and skills: A Bachelor’s or Masters’ Degree in Physical Therapy and eligible for registration with the Physiotherapy Alberta College and Association. Preference will be given to those candidates with experience in occupational rehabilitation, orthopedics or sports physiotherapy. Computer experience and strong interpersonal skills complemented by well-developed written and verbal communication abilities. Reliability and time management skills are integral to your success in this position. A valid Alberta Drivers’ license and the ability to independently travel to complete off-site services is required. The ability to work 7.25 hour shifts between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, is required.
