As an Intrinsic Health Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for supporting clients across a variety of funding models and helping them achieve their physical goals. You’ll have the autonomy to structure your own day, while delivering assessments, evidence-based interventions, and programs in clinic, at home, and in the community.

  • Managing a mixed caseload across many funding streams (NDIS, HCP, CHSP, DVA, Medicare/EPC, Private) – customised to your areas of interest
  • Providing assessments and treatment for musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiorespiratory conditions
  • Delivering chronic disease management, injury rehabilitation, and falls prevention
  • Running individual and group exercise programs, re-enablement services, and hydrotherapy sessions
  • Prescribing equipment and assistive technology to promote safety, mobility, and independence
  • Liaising with GPs, support coordinators, and other allied health professionals to coordinate care
  • Participating as part of our multidisciplinary team in care planning, case conferencing, and clinical meetings

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration (Limited Registration and new graduates welcome)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Driver’s licence and reliable access to a vehicle
  • Current flu and COVID-19 vaccination evidence
