PART-TIME PHYSIOTHERAPIST POSITION

JC Valleys Wellness Clinic in Mississauga is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our multi-disciplinary team. We ideally would like the candidate to be trained in pelvic floor physiotherapy. We are a well established team of professionals looking for a highly motivated individual who wants to build their practice and a long-term career with us, and is looking to practice in a one-on-one patient environment. We offer:

• Fantastic admin support for insurance billing and scheduling (you provide exceptional patient care and record-keeping, and we deal with all the other stuff!);

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Registered (& in good standing) with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario;
• Ability to assess patients with physical dysfunction of the musculo-skeletal and neurological systems and co-creation of goals with the patient and family
• Ability to plan and implement treatment plans to improve movement/function, alleviate pain, and optimize recovery
• Ability to develop effective relationships with patients and co-workers;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Able to maintain complete and detailed assessments and SOAP notes
