We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and detail-oriented Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team. You’ll work closely with doctors, biokineticists, and admin staff to deliver patient-centered treatment—especially for back, neck, and musculoskeletal rehabilitation—using the DBC protocol and other evidence-based approaches.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (or higher)
  • Registered with HPCSA
  • CPD compliant and up-to-date
  • Experience working in a clinical or rehabilitation setting (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
  • Strong understanding of manual therapy and rehabilitation principles
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital clinical tools

Responsibilities
  • Deliver hands-on, high-quality patient care and functional rehabilitation.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans.
  • Educate patients on conditions, expected outcomes, and treatment processes.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for patient management.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation and reports.
  • Participate in CPD activities and remain registered with relevant professional bodies (HPCSA, BHF, BASA, etc.).
  • Engage in patient feedback discussions and internal clinical meetings.
  • Adhere to compliance, safety, and quality standards across all operations.
  • Encourage full patient participation in the DBC programme and other conservative treatments.
  • Manage non-DBC patients with appropriate diagnosis, documentation, and referrals.
