Description

KINECT Rehab & Performance is seeking a highly motivated and experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist to join our health team . As a msk-based physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality assessment and treatment services to clients with musculoskeletal conditions, focusing on the rehabilitation and prevention of injuries. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement integrated care plans to optimize recovery and improve our client’s function and quality of life.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
  • Relevant clinical experience in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and caseload
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Strong ethical and professional standards
  • Ability to learn and use electronic documentation systems

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for patients with musculoskeletal conditions, including taking medical histories and performing physical examinations
  • Develop and implement care plans that incorporate clinical reasoning and evidence-based treatment interventions
  • Deliver effective interventions to patients, including manual therapy, exercise/movement rehab, and client education.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and coordinated care
  • Document and maintain accurate patient records within the regulatory standards of physiotherapy practice
  • Evaluate patients’ progress in achieving their health and wellness goals, adjust care plans as necessary
  • Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical expertise and maintain professional competence
  • Adhere to ethical and professional standards of conduct
  • Attend community team events to promote your services for marketing and networking purposes.
