At Leppington Allied Health, we’re not just your everyday Physio clinic — we’re an expert, cohesive team of 20+ Allied Health Professionals working collaboratively in South West Sydney’s largest clinic. Our mission is simple: to empower people to live healthier, happier lives while giving our team the support, recognition, and opportunities they deserve.
We’re looking for our final addition to the team, a passionate Physiotherapist who wants their carreer to be more than just a job. Someone who thrives in a team environment, loves seeing clients achieve their goals, and is excited by the idea of growing their career in a place where you’ll be supported every step of the way.
Our clinic see’s over 150+ new clients per month, and is located in the medical Precinct at Leppington Village Shopping Centre, we operate next door to a GP clinic and Radiology.

PURPOSE-BUILT CLINIC

Deliver best-practice care from a modern, fully equipped rehabilitation gym and a clinic designed to support innovation in treatment and patient outcomes. We have use of the latest Therapies such as Shockwave and Spinal Decompression Machines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide high-quality, Hands -on, evidence-based physiotherapy services across a diverse caseload (MSK, sports, rehabilitation, NDIS, and more)
• Develop and implement individualised treatment and rehabilitation plans
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary allied health team
• Maintain accurate clinical records in line with professional and organisational standards
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients and the local community GP’s and specialists.
