Provide senior clinical leadership within the Home Based Therapy service including optimisation of client care delivery across sites within Sydney Local Health District, as well as supporting the mentoring and development of staff.
Home Based Therapy is a Commonwealth Home Support Program funded team, providing community based assessment and interventions to clients aged over 65 (or over 50 if identifying as First Nations) in the community. Home Based Therapy is a SLHD wide service, with offices at RPA, Concord and Canterbury Hospitals. The position provides senior clinical leadership to optimise delivery of care across the LHD, as well as supporting the mentoring and development of staff.
