Job Title: Physiotherapist
Location: Lifemark - Richmond Physiotherapy - pt Health
6051 Gilbert Rd. Unit 102 Richmond, British Columbia
Employment Status: Permanent Part-Time or Full-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday (flexible schedule)
Rate Compensation: $42.00 - $58.00 per hour (based on experience - option to work under a variable pay model including Fee For Service is available)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate in Physiotherapy from a duly recognized university.
• Registered in good standing with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia.
• Preferably, 3 to 5 Years of experience treating clients in an outpatient clinical setting is preferred.
• New graduates who are fully licensed are welcome to apply.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-disciplinary work environment
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others.
• Demonstrated ability to hit the ground running and start work with minimum supervision.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning.
• Continuously evaluate client progress and drive quality improvement in patient care delivery.
• Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals at the clinic.
• Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
• Manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
• Engage in continuous learning, mentorship, and skills development.
