In this role, you will: * Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals. * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes. * Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned). * Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development. * Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow. * Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact. * Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.
