Our Lifemark Harvey Avenue clinic is centrally located along Highway 97, close to the Kelowna Recreation Centre, with lots of parking and is a wheelchair accessible facility. The clinic is a large multidisciplinary rehabilitation facility providing a full rehabilitation gym and private treatment rooms specializing in Physiotherapy Rehabilitation, Concussion Care, Pain Management, Occupational Therapy, Clinical Counselling, Hand Therapy, and many more. In this role, you will: • Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes. • Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned). • Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development. • Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow. • Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact. • Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies. Key skills and qualifications include: • Registered and in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia. • Professional liability insurance (as required). • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset. • Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge. • 1–2+ years of outpatient clinic experience with concussion or traumatic brain injury, vestibular, and craniosaral therapy training (preferred; newly licensed grads are encouraged to apply!). • Ability to troubleshoot multi-factorial pain issues/headaches that may or may not have a mental health component.. • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
