KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct physiotherapy assessments and diagnose functional impairments for patients referred by physicians or self-referred.
• Design, implement, and progress individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings.
• Support ICBC, WorkSafeBC, and disability (e.g. Canada Life) caseloads as needed.
• Collaborate closely with kinesiologists, massage therapists, and other clinic staff on integrated patient care plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment to ensure safe and effective outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, movement mechanics, and self-management strategies.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with clinic policies and CPTBC standards.
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and patient-focused clinic environment.
