Description
We are looking for a committed Physiotherapist who is fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese for a full-time role at a private practice, which has locations in Chatswood, Rhodes, Hurstville, and Burwood. We welcome applications from both recent graduates and seasoned practitioners, as we have two positions available in either private practice or community settings. Responsibilities Conduct thorough initial assessments of patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to facilitate patient recovery. Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Educate patients and their families about exercises, lifestyle changes, and injury prevention strategies. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate patient care. Document patient information and treatment progress accurately and timely in medical records. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices and new therapies. Bachelor/Master's degree in Physiotherapy. AHPRA registration. Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and exercise programs. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with patients and healthcare professionals. Experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospital or rehabilitation center. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
