Essential person specification requirements Degree in Physiotherapy HCPC Registered Broad range of clinical experience across a variety of clinical areas through student placements/ or previous Band 5 posts Experience of dealing with general public Evidence of continued professional development Ability to work independently and within in a team Good communication skills both verbal, written and non-verbal Ability to pass on knowledge Ability to present information, written and verbally in a clear and logical manner Ability to organise, prioritise and delegate workload Excellent clinical reasoning skills with the ability to formulate problem list/ gaols and patient centred treatment plans. Good problem-solving skills Good time management and evidence of using initiative Understanding of clinical governance and its implications for services, Ability to comprehend and work within HCPC and the Trust’s policies including data protection, equal opportunities, health & safety, risk management Ability to keep accurate and legible patient notes Awareness of own limitations.
