Motion Pro Health is seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Physiotherapist to join our growing team. We are a multidisciplinary healthcare facility focused on providing exceptional patient care through evidence-based treatment, injury prevention, and rehabilitation services.

We are looking for a compassionate, patient-focused Physiotherapist with a strong commitment to excellence in care. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and be able to provide high-quality physiotherapy services to a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with various musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive, patient-centered care plans
• Provide evidence-based treatment through manual therapy, exercise prescription, and various modalities
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients on injury prevention and self-management strategies
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with evidence-based practices
• Adhere to all regulatory and ethical standards of the physiotherapy profession

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited program
• Current and valid Physiotherapy license in BC
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to providing patient-centered, evidence-based care
