Orthopedic post‑operative physiotherapy — ACL, meniscus, rotator cuff, shoulder stabilization, joint reconstruction
Manual therapy techniques — mobilization, soft‑tissue release, joint techniques
Exercise prescription — strength, conditioning, proprioception, functional training
Patient education and long‑term recovery planning
