Full job description

• Perform clinical assessments and implement treatment plans for residents
• Provide ongoing evaluation of resident's progress
• Maintaining resident records, clinical outcome measures, and statistical data following the facility, and professional standards.
• Participate in interdisciplinary and professional development to remain current with evidence-based physiotherapy practice.

Qualifications:

• Current registration with the College of Physical Therapists of Ontario
• All applicants must clear a vulnerable sector Criminal Records Check
