Community Physiotherapist – Aged Care | Melbourne VIC

We’re currently looking for a Full-Time Community Physiotherapist to join our growing allied health team in Melbourne.

Location: Melbourne, VIC

Focus: Community & Aged Care

About the Role

You’ll provide high-quality, person-centred physiotherapy to older adults in their homes and community settings, helping them maintain their mobility, independence, strength and quality of life.

Your day may include:

• Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments
• Developing individualised treatment and exercise programs
• Supporting mobility, falls prevention and functional independence
• Working with clients in their homes and community environments
• Liaising with families, carers and other healthcare professionals
• Completing clinical documentation and progress reports
• Working as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team

What We’re Looking For

✅ AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist

✅ Full Australian working rights

✅ Experience in aged care, community or home-based physiotherapy preferred

✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Ability to work independently while being part of a team

✅ Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle

✅ Passion for supporting older adults to live independently
