JOB SUMMARY:

Pain Free Health Clinics is seeking a dedicated and motivated Registered Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Ladner, BC. REQUIREMENTS:

• Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia (CPTBC).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Clinical experience in orthopedics, musculoskeletal rehab, or sports injuries preferred (new grads welcome).
• Passion for patient-centered care and evidence-based practice.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Professional liability insurance as required by the CPTBC.

  Pay: $100.00-$110.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver hands-on manual therapy, education, and exercise prescription to address patient needs.
• Utilize clinical space, rehab equipment, and gym area to guide active rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with chiropractors, massage therapists, kinesiologists, and physicians for integrated care.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation and treatment records.
• Communicate effectively with patients to educate and motivate them through recovery.
• Participate in case discussions and clinic initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and professional growth.
