JOB SUMMARY:

Pain Free Health Clinics is seeking a dedicated and motivated Registered Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Ladner, BC. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who values collaboration, enjoys working in a modern clinical setting, and is committed to providing evidence-informed care. You’ll play a vital role in helping patients recover from injury, manage pain, and achieve long-term functional goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia (CPTBC).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Clinical experience in orthopedics, musculoskeletal rehab, or sports injuries preferred (new grads welcome).
  • Passion for patient-centered care and evidence-based practice.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Professional liability insurance as required by the CPTBC.
    Job Types: Full-time, Casual
    Pay: $100.00-$110.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week

Responsibilities

  • Deliver hands-on manual therapy, education, and exercise prescription to address patient needs.

  • Collaborate with chiropractors, massage therapists, kinesiologists, and physicians for integrated care.
  • Maintain accurate electronic documentation and treatment records.
  • Communicate effectively with patients to educate and motivate them through recovery.
  • Participate in case discussions and clinic initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and professional growth.
