THE ROLE

This role goes beyond clinical skill. It’s about putting our values into practice, showing practical optimism, upholding patient dignity, and treating people, not just problems.
As a Physiotherapist at Positive Steps, you’ll assess, plan, and deliver therapy for clients with neurological and/or paediatric needs. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own caseload across clinics, schools, homes, gyms, and virtual settings, with full support from an experienced, collaborative team.
You will also deliver sessions virtually, where appropriate, to support accessibility and continuity of care.
The post also includes mentoring responsibilities, guiding assistants, providing feedback, and helping create a workplace culture that values learning, trust, and shared expertise.
The role requires a flexible, team-oriented approach, we work collaboratively and adapt to meet the individual needs of both our clients and our colleagues.
