Description

Lead the assessment, treatment, and management of patients with complex conditions within your specialist area (e.g. MSK, neuro, orthopaedics, respiratory).
Use advanced clinical reasoning to develop and adjust treatment plans that align with patient goals and evidence-based practice.
Provide formal supervision, mentoring, and training to Band 5/Level 1 physiotherapists, assistants, and students.
Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical pathways, protocols, and outcome measures within your area.
Ensure all care is delivered in line with regulatory, professional, and organisational standards (e.g. HCPC, CSP, CQC).
Build strong therapeutic relationships with patients and carers to promote engagement, education, and self-management.
