Full job description

Radiant Care Health – Physiotherapist — Part-Time (with Full-Time Option)

Location: Mernda & Reservoir, VIC (Clinic + Home Visits)

Employment Type: Part-Time (with option to transition to Full-Time)

Grow your career with a clinic that's growing too

At Radiant Care Health, you won't be just another name on a roster. We're a vibrant, expanding physiotherapy clinic across Mernda and Reservoir, and we're looking for a motivated physiotherapist to grow with us — someone who wants real variety, genuine support, and the chance to help shape something special.

If you're after mentorship, a mixed and interesting caseload, and a team that actually feels like a team, we'd love to meet you.

About us

Radiant Care Health delivers high-quality, person-centred physiotherapy under NDIS, My Aged Care (Support at Home), Medicare, WorkCover, TAC and private health. We're committed to strong clinical outcomes and a supportive, collaborative culture where our people are looked after and trusted to do their best work.

About the role

This is a part-time role with the flexibility to grow into full-time, based across our Mernda and Reservoir clinics and including home visits and community-based care. You'll manage a varied caseload and play a real part in our growth — with hands-on mentoring and the freedom to develop your skills.

What you'll be doing

  • Delivering high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy
  • Conducting home visits and community-based care
  • Managing a mixed caseload (NDIS, musculoskeletal, general practice and more)
  • Developing and implementing individualised treatment plans
  • Keeping accurate, timely clinical documentation
  • Communicating effectively with clients, families and stakeholders
  • Contributing to clinic growth and quality-improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

  • AHPRA registration (current and unrestricted)
  • Confidence with home visits and community physiotherapy
  • Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
  • A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle (for travel between Mernda, Reservoir and surrounding areas)
  • Full working rights in Australia

Nice to have (not essential)

  • Experience with NDIS clients
  • Musculoskeletal and/or community physiotherapy experience
  • Experience in home-care settings

What we offer

  • Real career growth as we expand across Melbourne's north — get in early and grow with us
  • Mentoring that matters, working alongside our Senior Physiotherapist, plus ongoing professional development
  • Genuine variety across NDIS, aged care, Medicare, WorkCover, TAC and private — in clinic, in homes and in the community
  • Flexible hours with part-time or full-time options built around you
  • A supportive, close-knit team that's collaborative and friendly
  • Modern clinics with onsite parking in Mernda and Reservoir
  • Competitive remuneration based on your experience
