About the role

This is a part-time role with the flexibility to grow into full-time, based across our Mernda and Reservoir clinics and including home visits and community-based care. You'll manage a varied caseload and play a real part in our growth — with hands-on mentoring and the freedom to develop your skills.

What you'll be doing

Delivering high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy
Conducting home visits and community-based care
Managing a mixed caseload (NDIS, musculoskeletal, general practice and more)
Developing and implementing individualised treatment plans
Keeping accurate, timely clinical documentation
Communicating effectively with clients, families and stakeholders
Contributing to clinic growth and quality-improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

AHPRA registration (current and unrestricted)
Confidence with home visits and community physiotherapy
Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle (for travel between Mernda, Reservoir and surrounding areas)
Full working rights in Australia

Nice to have (not essential)

Experience with NDIS clients
Musculoskeletal and/or community physiotherapy experience
Experience in home-care settings
