Physiotherapist – Permanent Part-Time | 3 days per week (0.6 FTE, 22.5hrs/wk)

Ramp Up Physiotherapy, O'Halloran Hill, South Australia

About Ramp Up Physiotherapy:

At Ramp Up, we believe physiotherapy should have a purpose. Our goal is to empower patients with a clear plan so they can get back to the things that matter most to them, as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Ramp Up was built on a simple idea: that goal-focused, outcome-driven rehabilitation changes lives. We're not a high-volume clinic. We're a boutique, community-based practice that takes the time to genuinely understand each patient's goals and build a clear plan to get them there.

Based in the heart of O'Halloran Hill, we serve our local community with a warm, down-to-earth approach and a clinic culture that's as welcoming as it is professional. We take our work seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously.

About the role:

You'll become a valued member of a close-knit team serving our local southern Adelaide community, delivering high-quality physiotherapy across a mixed caseload of neurological, vestibular, geriatric and orthopaedic presentations. A portion of your week will involve mobile home visits, giving you autonomy and variety alongside your clinic sessions. You'll be supported by our Senior Physiotherapist and be provided with opportunities to grow your clinical skills in a variety of areas.

About you:

We’re looking for a motivated early-career Physiotherapist to join the team in a part-time capacity. Our ideal candidate has 1–2 years of clinical experience, though new graduates with a genuine passion for neurological or vestibular rehabilitation are encouraged to apply. As we’re a small clinic, we’re looking for someone who has proven experience working autonomously with strong organisational and communication skills.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your clinical skills across a genuinely varied caseload — including neurological and vestibular rehabilitation — in both clinic and mobile home visit settings.

What we offer:

  • $79,000-$88,000 FTE (pro rata, 0.6 is $47,000-$52,000) — above award and reflective of experience.
  • Superannuation at 12%
  • $1,000 annual CPD budget
  • Clinical mentorship in vestibular and neurological rehabilitation
  • Clinic and local community-based home visit work
  • No weekend work
  • A permanent role with genuine long-term career development opportunities

Essential Criteria:

  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Physiotherapy
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates
  • Current Police Clearance
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance ($20 million minimum)
