Salary: $80000 – $90,000 per annum + 12% Superannuation

About Us

Recoup Physio Care Melbourne was founded by two physiotherapists passionate about rehabilitation and person-centred care. With extensive clinical experience, they guide the organisation toward helping clients retrain, regain, and reach their full potential.

We are a registered NDIS provider offering Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, and Exercise Physiology across both clinic-based and community/home-based settings.

Our main focus is community physiotherapy, including services for aged-care clients and NDIS participants.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, high-quality, and passionate Physiotherapist for a full-time position across both clinic and community environments.

This position is open to new graduates and experienced physiotherapists. Comprehensive onsite training and buddy shifts with senior physiotherapists will be provided.

Remuneration is based on experience, offering an attractive above-award package with performance-based bonuses.

The annual salary ranges from $80000 to $90,000 plus 12% superannuation.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (recognised in Australia)
• Current AHPRA registration
• Australian Driver’s Licence and Professional Indemnity Insurance
• Minimum one year of private practice experience (preferred, not essential)
• Dedication to professional growth and long-term commitment to the team
• People management or leadership experience (desirable, not mandatory)
