Description

LOOKING FOR A WORKPLACE THAT’S PROFESSIONAL, SUPPORTIVE — AND KNOWS HOW TO HAVE FUN? YOU MIGHT BE EXACTLY WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR.

The Movement Mill started seven years ago with a single clinic. Today, we’re proud to have expanded to five locations — and we’re still growing.
We’re a Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology company that’s serious about delivering outstanding results for our clients, but we believe the journey should be just as enjoyable as the outcome.
As a Physiotherapist at The Movement Mill, no two days will look the same. You might be treating a 40-year-old office worker recovering through workers’ compensation, rehabbing a 22-year-old athlete post-ACL surgery, and later helping a middle-aged client achieve their personal movement and fitness goals. Our team helps clients overcome all injuries and get back to living the life they want.
Our open gym spaces create a dynamic environment where we encourage team interaction and client engagement. You’ll need strong time management skills, a passion for providing excellent client experiences, and the ability to work seamlessly within a team.
We value initiative — so while we provide structured support, regular 1-on-1 mentoring, and team-based professional development every fortnight, we’re looking for someone proactive about their own growth. We encourage all team members to attend 2–4 courses each year, stay up to date with the latest research, and contribute to personal development sessions.
You’ll also be involved in projects, blog writing, and contributing to our social media presence — a key part of how we build community and connect with clients.
We hold regular monthly social events across all clinics — whether it’s a team lunch, dinner, or a bit of competitive mini golf or tennis. Building strong relationships across our team is a big part of our success.
As a medium-to-large company, we offer genuine opportunities for career progression — whether that’s stepping into coaching, mentoring, or leadership roles as we continue to grow.
This is a permanent, full-time role, with salaries ranging from $100,000 to $150,000 per annum (including super), based on experience. Part-time options are also available for the right applicant.
