• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions and functional limitations
• Develop tailored treatment plans based on individual needs and medical history
• Implement therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities like IMS and Shockwave
• Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and health maintenance techniques
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including other physiotherapists, kinesiologists and registered massage therapists
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, progress notes, and patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations

Requirements

• Registered with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC
• Preference for a physiotherapist with several years of experience, but all qualified candidates are welcome to apply
• IMS training is an asset
• Vestibular Physiotherapy is an asset
• Enjoys working in a small, supportive team environment
• Strong communication and commitment to patient-centered care
