Spanning across two building, Kapooka offers variety with a 50 bed low dependency ward operating 24/7 and a multidisciplinary clinic delivering primary health care Monday to Friday day shift, offering a broad spectrum of healthcare services, including nursing, medical, dental, mental health, pharmaceutical, and physiotherapy. What you’ll do Deliver high-quality musculoskeletal care, leveraging a fully equipped gym and hydrotherapy pool to support tailored rehabilitation programs. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including general practitioners, nurses, and mental health clinicians. Support Defence members through injury recovery, chronic condition management, and preventative care, ensuring they have access to state-of-the-art facilities that promote physical strength, resilience, and overall wellbeing. What you bring Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist Minimum two years (or part time equivalent) musculoskeletal physiotherapy experience Current CPR certification (HLTAID009) Australian Citizenship required (Baseline Security Clearance) Commitment to CPD and ethical, patient centred care Who we are Serco supports more than 12,000 professionals across Asia Pacific, delivering essential services in defence, health, justice, and beyond.
