Responsibilities

Our Allied Health team in Southern Cross East Fremantle is seeking a part time Physiotherapist to join our team! Southern Cross Health and Wellness Centre is a state-of-the-art exercise, rehabilitation and medical facility. We provide person-centered care and strive to enhance the quality of life and independence of our residents. You’ll also be asked to provide outreach services in our clients’ home.
As our Physio, you will focus on providing assessments and utilising the highest end of your clinical skillset to provide care plans and recommendations to our residents. You will have multiple opportunities to build rapport with our clients, and focus on complimenting hospital outpatient programs and services such as RITH to provide continuity of care.
