SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our compassionate team at Spring Meadows in Swansea. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by assessing their physical needs and developing tailored rehabilitation programs that align with our mission of personalized care.

• Assess residents’ physical abilities and limitations to create individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and activities to improve mobility and strength.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
• Educate residents and their families about treatment options and wellness strategies.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of patient evaluations and treatments.
• Advocate for the needs of residents within the community setting.
• Stay updated on best practices in physiotherapy and related fields.
• Qualifications
• Degree in Physiotherapy or related field (mandatory).
• HCPC registration with the CSP Membership (mandatory).
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents and families (preferred).
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team (preferred)
