Tandem Physiotherapy is a growing clinic as a part of Multi-disciplinary medical and Rehabilitation team in London, ON . Our goal is personalized approach to patient care. .Our work environment includes:

• Modern office setting with patient management system that is fully computerized.
• Located in South London Urgent care medical building with various healthcare professionals including family physicians, pharmacy , x-rays , labs etc ,
• 10 beds and huge gym settings for floor exercises, onsite equipment and products, office supplies, basic needs included
• Specialized equipment including Frenzel Goggles, Neck Proprioception Laser Training kit, included for Vestibular enthusiasts
• Marketing and Web development team to keep you updated online and current.
• Referral Programs to get patient flow
• Mentorship program to motivate and guide our therapists on filling the caseload, patient satisfaction , graduation from treatment plans and a path to fulfilling career.

Duties:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Physiotherapist to work with a variety of patients, helping them identify their goals from physiotherapy, have patient driven care and be a part of their incredible transformation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Registered and in good standing with College of Physiotherapist of Ontario
• Strong attention to detail and excellent Communication skills.
• Experience is an asset but we welcome recent grads and Resident Physiotherapist as well
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• The ability to build and maintain rapport with patients.
• Maintain caseload, send communication to other Healthcare practitioner and appropriate referrals as needed.
• Administration skills are an asset.
• Knowledge of computer and patient management system.
• A criminal record check at the time of hiring is required

• Making assessments of patients’ physical conditions.
• Formulating treatment plans to address the conditions and needs of patients.
• Conducting complex Injury assessment /treatment protocol and delivery with client centered approach.
• Experience/Interest in Concussion care, Vestibular rehabilitation , pelvic health ,Sports injury preferred
• Educating patients, family members, and the community on how to prevent injuries and live a healthy lifestyle.
• Referring patients to doctors and other medical practitioners as appropriate
