We are seeking a full-time Physiotherapist to work across multiple sites in the South East Melbourne region in:
· Frankston North
· Hallam
· Noble Park
· Mordialloc
You will be provided with a supportive team of Practice Nurses and Medical Receptionists to attend to all administrative needs

BRING YOUR SPECIALIST SKILLS TO ASSIST IN AREAS SUCH AS

· Conduct falls reviews and falls prevention management
· Pain management, gym and hydrotherapy classes
· Exercise prescription and care plans
· Comprehensive and up-to-date clinical assessments
· Mandatory reporting

Responsibilities

· Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate mobility, strength, balance, and functional capacity
· Develop and implement personalised treatment plans to support residents’ physical health and independence
· Lead and facilitate pain management programs, including manual therapy and therapeutic modalities
· Deliver individual and group exercise sessions, including gym and hydrotherapy classes
· Conduct falls risk assessments and implement evidence-based falls prevention strategies
· Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, person-centred care
· Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with AHPRA and aged care standards
· Provide education and support to residents, families, and staff on mobility, safety, and rehabilitation
· Participate in mandatory reporting and quality improvement initiatives
