About the role:
You will deliver centre‑based and home‑based Physiotherapy services in the West Melbourne metro region for clients aged 65+ across multiple funding streams, including Support at Home (SAH) and CHSP. The role focuses on strengths‑based, goal‑directed interventions that support independence. Travel requirements may vary based on service demand and client need across the region.
This is an ongoing permanent position. Full‑time or flexible FTE options are available, including family‑friendly hours. You will receive regular one‑to‑one supervision from the Practice Lead and be supported by a team of physiotherapists, the Allied Health scheduling team, the Operations Manager, and local on‑site staff.
