Physiotherapist | Blue Care | Toowoomba Allied Health l Community Based Employment Term: Permanent, Full Time or Part Time (minimum 3 days per week) Location: Toowoomba and surrounding regions e.g. Warwick and/or Dalby Remuneration: $42.15 to $59.04 p/hr (dependent on experience) + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances 5 weeks annual leave Your part in our Blue Care team You'll provide holistic, integrated care to our clients enhancing their mobility and movement to promote their independence and wellbeing. Working with a number of movement conditions associated with musculoskeletal impairments, medical conditions and chronic disease, you will tailor your care to make a real difference in your client's quality of life! You'll have the opportunity to develop new treatment programs, helping clients to manage their movement, pain, balance and manual handling. This will include: Providing centre based and in-home services to regional areas from our Toowoomba / Dalby / Warwick sites Diagnosing, assessing and developing care plans for individuals and groups Prescription and selection of appropriate adaptive equipment and modification Education and training on aspects of therapy for the clients and carers Goal setting activities, as well discharge and resolution planning Liaising with healthcare professionals, such as GPs, nurses and occupational therapists to ensure care plans are formulated and monitored What makes a difference for us?
