VMCH – At Home Aged Care | Melbourne VMCH is seeking an experienced Community Physiotherapist to join our At Home Aged Care Allied Health team on a 6‑month fixed term contract. This is a community‑based role, supporting older people to remain independent and safe in their own homes through high‑quality, client‑centred physiotherapy services. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Deliver physiotherapy assessments and interventions in clients’ homes * Develop and implement goal‑focused treatment plans * Support mobility, balance, reablement and overall safety * Complete professional documentation and reports * Work collaboratively with clients, carers and internal stakeholders ABOUT YOU * Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy with current general AHPRA registration * Ability to work independently in a community setting * Strong communication, organisation and time‑management skills * Current Victorian driver’s licence and willingness to travel * Interest or experience in aged care or community health This is a fixed‑term opportunity within a supportive, values‑based organisation, delivering services that make a meaningful difference to the lives of older people.
