Location: Joan Kirner Women's & Children’s Hospital Employment Type: Part-Time (0.59 EFT), Fixed Term (until June 2026) Salary: Grade 3 + Superannuation + Salary Packaging About the role: We have an excellent opportunity for experienced Physiotherapists to join our team in a Grade 3 Women’s Health Physiotherapy role. This role is 0.59 EFT, temporary, until the 30th of June 2026. Please indicate your preferred EFT on application. This position involves using your well consolidated skills and expertise to provide best care to women across the lifespan, including assessment and management of chronic pelvic pain, complex bladder, bowel, or pelvic floor dysfunction and the Obstetric Anal Sphincter Injury (OASI) clinic. Credentialling in our Physiotherapy-Led Urogynaecology Advanced Practice Clinic and Pelvic Organ Prolapse Physiotherapy Led Pessary (POPPY) Advanced Practice Clinic will be considered for suitably qualified applicants. You will join a team dedicated to holistic patient-centred care, delivering excellent patient outcomes, and providing evidence-based practice. You will work collaboratively with our other senior clinicians, provide leadership within the Women’s Health team, and be involved in research and quality improvement activities and contribute to departmental education and training. This position is supported by our Grade 4 Women’s Health Physiotherapist, and you will have access to key resources for success, such as supervision, tailored learning opportunities and departmental and advanced practice specific professional development.  This provides an excellent opportunity to further develop assessment and management skills and work within a supported Women’s Health and multi-disciplinary pelvic floor team.  Key responsibilities: Ensure safe and high-quality patient care is delivered in line with Western Health values and Live Best Care framework  Supervise junior Physiotherapy staff and students Contribute to quality/research activities within the Women’s Health team Contribute to departmental education and training programs About you: Well-developed clinical skills for working in Women’s Health Physiotherapy Hold a Post graduate certificate/Masters in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills Work collaboratively with the Physiotherapy and Multidisciplinary teams  Contribute to a culture that values ongoing learning and be part of a positive workplace Click here for the Position Description.
