We are currently looking for a dedicated Physiotherapy Assistant / Front Desk to join our team. As the primary point of contact for our establishment, the ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a positive experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and welcome guests with professionalism and friendliness upon their arrival.
- Efficiently manage incoming calls, scheduling, billing.
- Address customer inquiries promptly and offer basic customer support as needed.
- Adequate knowledge of using physiotherapy modalities and demonstrating exercises to patients.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in medical terminology is preferred to effectively communicate with guests and healthcare professionals.
- Experience of working in physiotherapy clinic is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a friendly demeanor.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Preference will be given to local candidate.
- Flexible availability and fluency in English is a requirement.
