Previous experience, specifically exercise experience and group therapy

-Certification form an accredited school

-All professional licenses are to be current and in good standing

-Experience working with MVA, WSIB and EHC patients

-Experience with Concussions an asset

-Excellent communication and organization skills

-Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities

-Highly responsible and reliable

-Strong time management skills essential

Specific Job Description:

· Execute patient treatment plans (i.e. exercises, modalities)

· Prescribe rehabilitative, therapeutic and general conditioning exercises

· Supervise patient exercises in the gym

• · Consult with patients’ primary therapist (outside of patients treatment time) Re: including additional therapists, changes in patient conditions, treatment strategies, suggestions
