JOB DESCRIPTION

Max Physiotherapy is a multidisciplinary rehabilitation and pain management clinic that provides range of services including physiotherapy, chiropractic care, massage therapy, acupuncture, orthotics, and related treatments.
We are currently seeking a Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting and is eager to learn about therapeutic assessments, treatment procedures, exercise plans, intervention and modalities.
This role involves supporting physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals in a collaborative team environment. Strong customer service, communication, listening, organizational skills, and a positive attitude are essential to contribute to our clinic’s supportive and professional culture.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIREMENT

• A Graduate or Diploma holder in Physiotherapy Assistant or Rehabilitation program.
• Experience of at least 1 year working under the direct supervision of physiotherapists is required.
• Demonstrate accountability for work safety and client-centered practice.
• Commitment to the well-being of patients through the assigned tasks such as exercise demonstration, observations, manipulation and interventions.
• Commitment to adhering promoting the goals and treatment plans of physiotherapists.
• Effective communication and listening skills.
• Positive attitude and Willingness for ongoing Professional Development.
