We are looking for the right person to assist our physiotherapist and undertake the following duties:
Assist physiotherapists
Maintain the patient files and communicate with patients and insurers
Passive and active treatment of physiotherapy program including stretching and Exercises.
Occassional reception duties as needed - meeting and greeting of patients

WE SEEK SOMEONE WITH THE FOLLOWING TRAITS:

· Previous experience in a physiotherapy/rehab clinic in Canada is a must
· Experience in Motor Vehicle Accident claims and Extended Health claims would be an asset
· Multitasking
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Excellent communication skills especially over the phone

Initially starting with part-time 30 to 35 hours and then on to full time if the candidate exhibits excellent work handling capabilities.
Below are the days and timings we are looking for
Mon, Wed & Fri : 11 am to 7:00 pm
Tue & Thu : 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm
Saturday 10 am to 1:00 pm ( flexible)
