JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapy Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting physiotherapists in the treatment and rehabilitation of patients. As a Physiotherapy Assistant, you will assist with patient care, maintain treatment areas, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the physiotherapy department.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in CLINICAL setting is preferred.

• Assist physiotherapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions.
• Help patients with exercises and mobility training under the guidance of a physiotherapist.
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the supervising physiotherapist.
• Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and progress notes.
• Educate patients on exercises and home care routines as directed by the physiotherapist.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy equipment and spaces.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures within the facility.
