Key Responsibilities Client Care

• Assist Physiotherapists with treatment modalities and prescribed exercise programs.
• Provide direct supervision, guidance, and support to clients during therapy sessions.
• Assist patients with exercises and rehabilitation activities as directed by the Physiotherapist.
• Monitor patients during treatment and communicate any concerns to the supervising Physiotherapist.

Clinic Operations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment.
• Prepare treatment areas before and after patient appointments.
• Manage laundry and ensure treatment spaces are properly stocked and maintained.
• Support the clinic team with day-to-day operational tasks as required.

Equipment & Infection Control

• Clean, disinfect, and maintain exercise and treatment equipment according to clinic procedures.
• Ensure treatment equipment is safe, clean, and in good working condition.
• Follow applicable infection prevention and control procedures.

Administrative Support

• Assist with inventory management and supply reordering.
• Collect and record patient outcome measures as required.
• Support Physiotherapists and clinic staff with appropriate administrative tasks.

Patient Experience

• Create a welcoming, respectful, and encouraging environment for patients.
• Demonstrate professionalism and compassion when interacting with patients, families, and team members.
• Contribute to a positive patient experience throughout the rehabilitation process.
