Duties

• Assist physiotherapists during patient therapy sessions, including setting up equipment and supporting exercises
• Prepare treatment areas and ensure all necessary supplies are ready for therapy sessions
• Support patient mobility and comfort during treatments, ensuring safety and proper technique
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans using case management software (Jane)
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding treatment procedures and progress
• Manage scheduling and coordinate appointments utilizing Microsoft Outlook and organizational skills
• Help with administrative tasks such as updating medical records and managing patient files
• Support with inventory management of medical supplies and equipment maintenance
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care strategies
