Description

We are looking for a vibrant, experienced and enthusiastic Front of House Receptionist to work across all our Clinics: assisting the busy clinics and covering Annual Leave across our sites when people are away. This role is perfect for someone who likes people: moving around enables you get to know our full team!
Your role will encompass a diverse set of responsibilities: primarily you will be responsible for assisting our patients with enquiries and appointments. You will meet and greet patients with a clear and friendly telephone voice, a welcoming face to face reception and efficiently deal with their enquiry. You will follow up any email enquiries in a timely manner and ensure that any tasks handed over to covering admin staff are communicated concisely to prevent any delays in correspondence with patients.
At Six Physio we pride ourselves on our culture and team camaraderie, we can assure you life long friendships will be made.
As an applicant you need to have good organisational skills, turn up to work with a smile & plenty of conversation and use your initiative. We’re an upbeat team with very happy patients… which in itself speaks volumes.

Job description:

  • As the first point of contact both over the phone and in person, you are personally responsible for providing a 1st Class Customer Service to our patients.
  • Within the clinic you are a pivotal part of the team, liaising between patients and physiotherapists to ensure everyone has what they need.
  • You will support the Practice Managers and Clinic Directors whilst covering.

Salary:

  • Starts at £27,000

Experience:

  • Front of House experience preferred
  • An understanding of IT systems
  • Training will be provided over 2 weeks

This role is 37.5hrs across 5 days, with a rota that goes out the week before showing where you will be working. You are entitled to 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays.
