EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ideally 3–4 years PQE/CILEX or equivalent experience handling Fast Track RTA PI claims.
  • Familiarity with Civil Procedure Rules and Damages Claims Portal.
  • Knowledge of motorcycle claims and relevant Pre-action Protocols.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident in acting independently on behalf of Bike Assist Legal.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As PI Fast Track Team Leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in both managing your own caseload and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Fast Track Litigation Team. This is a leadership position that blends technical expertise, people management, and strategic thinking.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a small caseload of Fast Track Litigated Personal Injury claims, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, protocols, and SLA requirements.
  • Supervise and support the Fast Track Litigation Team, driving performance and maintaining high standards of client care.
  • Provide technical guidance on complex claims and support litigation handlers with strategic advice.
  • Collaborate with the PI Litigation Manager to monitor team performance, implement training, and contribute to business success.
  • Lead by example—coach, mentor, and develop team members to reach their full potential.
  • Assist in planning team strategy, setting incentives, and ensuring SLA/KPI compliance.
  • Champion a commercial yet ethical approach to settlements and litigation risk management.
