INTRODUCTION:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Piano Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the piano sales industry and a passion for music. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service as well as building the clientele in this new market for us. If you have a deep understanding of digital pianos, a strong sales background, and an enthusiasm for helping customers find the perfect instrument, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Customer Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through personalized service and expert advice.
  • Guide customers through the selection process, recommending pianos based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, brands, and innovations in the piano industry.
  • Provide in-depth information on pianos, accessories and maintenance options.
  • Customer Service:
  • Offer exceptional after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction with their purchase.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and follow up on product deliveries or special orders.
  • Help with coordinating piano deliveries and installation if necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales, preferably within the music or piano industry.
  • Strong background in high-ticket or luxury goods sales is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and retain technical product knowledge.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Passion for Music:
  • Deep appreciation for music and the piano industry.
  • Experience playing the piano or a strong understanding of music theory is highly desirable.
  • Customer-Focused:
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Additional Skills:
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems and social media advertising
  • Ability to work independently
  • Desire to watch sales grow while we increase our market share in the Digital Piano market
