Hours: Tuesdays, 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Location: Local primary school settings in Leixlip, Co. Kildare

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in piano and ukulele playing.
• Teaching experience, preferably with primary-age children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a fun and supportive learning environment.
• Garda vetting

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and patient Piano & Ukulele Teacher to work with primary-age children in Leixlip. The role involves delivering fun, engaging, and structured lessons in local primary school settings, helping children develop their musical skills, confidence, and love for music.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Teach piano and ukulele to primary school children in small groups or one-to-one settings.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to different skill levels.
• Encourage and support students in developing their musical abilities and performance confidence.
• Prepare students for performances, graded exams (where applicable).
• Communicate progress to parents/guardians as needed.
