Duties
- Develop and implement music lessons and curriculum for students of various ages and skill levels
- Teach music theory, technique, and performance skills
- Plan and organize group classes and individual lessons
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their musical abilities
- Prepare students for recitals, performances, and competitions
- Collaborate with other music teachers and staff to coordinate events and programs
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching music, preferably in a classroom or private lesson setting
- Strong knowledge of music theory, notation, and various musical genres
-The ability to play multiple instruments is a plus
- Experience working with children and/or early childhood education background is highly desirable
- Proven ability to educate and engage students in a creative and inspiring manner

• NO TAB, we are a curriculum based facility utilizing written methods
• Bachelor’s degree in Music Education or related field preferred
• Teaching certification or equivalent experience
• Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well with students, parents, and staff members
• Available to work Tuesday or Thursday evenings (beginning with one day)
