Description SUMMARY The Pick/Pack Associate is responsible for handling the daily fulfillment of orders. The Pick/Pack associate has strong attention to detail and assures that orders are packed and shipped in an accurate, timely, and safe manner. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Pull orders for internal customers Package orders to guarantee safe arrival to customers Receive and put away material into inventory Perform daily location maintenance Communicate any inventory issues with the Pick/Pack Lead Follow SOP’s for Pick/Packing/Shipping and putting away inventory Perform spot counts or inventory reconciliations as needed Process shipments using UPS Worldship and Fedex Ship Manager May be assigned additional duties as needed Requirements REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) equivalent is preferred Related experience and/or training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
